This is a draft made on this page. Check dates and names before sending it.

From inputs to a real draft

Select Reschedule and Formal. Enter Mina, Friday meeting, “I have a presentation at the same time” and “Monday at 2 pm”. The prepared template produces:

Dear Mina,

Would it be possible to reschedule Friday meeting?
I have a presentation at the same time.
Would Monday at 2 pm work for you?
Thank you for your understanding.

Check the actual date, name and tone before sending. An explicit date is clearer than “next week”; you may also edit “Friday meeting” to “our Friday meeting”.

Make it your own

  1. Choose one of eight situations and three tones. This fills prepared templates; it is not open-ended AI advice or automatic messaging.
  2. Make a draft, then edit the draft field to remove unnecessary apologies or add missing facts.
  3. Check names, dates and commitments. Copy the result to your chosen conversation. The tool does not send it.

Changing inputs does not overwrite your edited draft. Pressing Make a draft again does replace it, so copy an edited version first if you want to keep it.

Keep or remove a draft

By default, work stays on this page. Opt in to keeping a draft to store inputs and edited text in the same browser and language version. There is no server upload or cross-device sync.

Turning storage off or clearing the saved draft removes the stored copy but leaves the on-screen text. On a shared device, clear the saved copy and close the page. If saving fails, copy the current text elsewhere.

Awkward wording or copy failure

Limits are 20 characters for a name, 80 for details, 160 for a reason and 60 for date/time. Short phrases often fit the templates better. Edit grammar and tone in the final draft.

If clipboard access is unavailable, select and copy the displayed text manually. Work-related templates start a conversation; they do not determine contract procedures or notice requirements. Report awkward wording using fictional names.

Features and examples checked: 14 October 2026.

Check facts, then compare wording

Shared expenses, household supplies, meetup information and lateness join the original situations. Compare short, standard and formal drafts using the facts you entered. Previewing keeps your current edits. Loading a variant supports the existing previous-draft undo.

Blank details, reasons and dates are omitted. The tool does not invent amounts, bank details, excuses or a new promise. Re-read the full draft before copying, including dates, tone and any commitments in your own text. It uses prepared rules and does not send messages. Optional draft storage stays on this device.
